These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by LT Brow Studio. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments are arranged via phone, message or in person.

By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information and attend at the scheduled time.

Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.

2. Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Deposits may be transferred with sufficient notice (see cancellations)

• The remaining balance is due at your appointment

We accept various payment methods. Where available, payment providers such as Klarna may be offered.

3. Klarna & Payment Providers

If you choose to use a third-party payment provider such as Klarna:

• Payment agreements are between you and the provider

• Approval is subject to the provider’s terms and checks

• LT Brow Studio is not responsible for payment decisions, fees or agreements made with third-party providers

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment.

• Less than 48 hours notice may result in loss of deposit

• Missed appointments (no-shows) will result in loss of deposit

• Repeated cancellations may require full payment in advance

5. Results & Expectations

All treatments are carried out professionally and tailored to the individual.

However:

• Results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle and aftercare

• No specific results can be guaranteed

• Additional sessions or top-ups may be required for desired results

6. Top-Up Appointments

For semi-permanent treatments:

• A top-up is usually required 6–8 weeks after the initial appointment

• Results are not considered complete until after the top-up

• Failure to attend your top-up may affect final results

7. Medical & Suitability

Clients must:

• Disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications or allergies

• Follow all pre-care and aftercare advice provided

LT Brow Studio reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is not deemed safe or suitable.

8. Aftercare Responsibility

Aftercare is essential for best results.

• Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions

• Failure to follow aftercare may impact results

• We are not responsible for poor results due to incorrect aftercare

9. Liability

LT Brow Studio is not liable for:

• Reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions

• Failure to follow aftercare instructions

• Individual healing responses or variations in results

All treatments are carried out with care, professionalism and in line with industry standards.

10. Pricing

All prices are listed on the website and may be subject to change.

Prices for existing bookings will be honoured at the time of booking.

11. Age Restrictions

Clients must be 18 years or over for certain treatments.

Valid identification may be required.
